RACE SCHEDULE
SATURDAY
NOV 15, 2025
La Paz
2:00 PM – 8:00 PM Race Packet Pickup
All runners are required to attend the Saturday before the race at Tenaja Holdings (Revolución de 1910 #590, Centro, 23000 La Paz, B.C.S. ) in person anytime between 2pm and 8pm, to collect their race packets. Each packet includes a Dry-Fit T-shirt, runner’s bib, and an electronic timing chip.
Official Photo ID — Each runner must present their own official photo ID and collect their own packet. No one else may do this for you.
Signed Waiver Letter — Remember to bring your waiver signature email confirmation. (You will receive the waiver letter at the end of the online registration process).
Promotional Items for Sale — Visors, hats, T-shirts, and other products will be available for purchase during the pre-race meeting and on the day of the event.
Luggage Drop-off for 50K Trail Runners — You must bring your luggage with essential personal items, which will be sent to the remote camp in Los Pisos where you will spend the first night.
El Sargento
3:00 PM to 5:00 PM Packet Pickup
Runners who selected this option at the time of registration are required to go to El Portal Cacachilas at C. José Dolores Aviles Aviles, El Teso, 23232 El Sgto., B.C.S. in person anytime between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Saturday to pick up their runner’s packet. Each packet includes a Dry-Fit T-shirt, runner number, and an electronic timing chip.

We will present details of the race routes and answer any questions, it will be streamed live on Don Diablo Trail Run’s social media channels.

The 50K odyssey begins
5:30 AM. Arrival of cars
The entry time will be at 5:30 am. You will be directed to the designated parking area near the start/finish line.
6:30 AM. Start of the first stage of the 50K odyssey.
10:30 AM. Closure of the Ciruelo Checkpoint at 11km.
Runners who do not reach the Ciruelo checkpoint before 10:30 am will be removed. (see point 7.2)
1:30 PM. Closure of the Cieneguitas checkpoint at 17 km.
Runners who do not reach the Cieneguitas checkpoint before 1:30 pm will not be able to complete the route. Instead, they will be redirected for removal. (see point 7.2)
3:30 PM. Closure of Checkpoint Agua Blanca 22Km.
Runners who do not reach the Agua Blanca checkpoint before 3:30 pm will be removed to a remote camp in Los Pisos. (see point 7.2)
4:30 PM. Finish line closes in Los Pisos.
POST-RACE EVENTS DAY 1
1:00 PM – 4:30 PM. Lunch
6:00 PM. Sunset yoga
7:30 PM. Dinner and bonfire.
9:00 PM. Go to sleep

Race Day
37K, 18K and 50K finish
5:00 AM Transport Departure from Jardin Velasco
This bus will take runners who purchased transportation tickets in advance to the race start at Rancho Gaspareño.
5:30 AM Transport Departure from Soriana Forjadores
This bus will take runners who have previously purchased transportation tickets to the race start at Rancho Gaspareño. If they chose the option to pick up their kits on the same day, they will be given to them on the bus.
5:00 AM Arrival for same-day kit pickup
We recommend using our transportation or carpooling, as parking space will be limited. If you arrive in your own car, the entry time will be 5:00 AM for participants who need to pick up their kit on the same day and who have previously purchased this benefit through the digital platform. You will be directed to the designated parking area and then take one of our shuttles to Rancho Gaspareño, where the start/finish line is located.
5:30 AM Arrival of private cars of 37K participants
We recommend using our transportation or carpooling as parking space will be limited. If arriving by private car, the entry time is 5:30 AM for 37K participants. You will be directed to the designated parking area and then take one of our shuttles to Rancho Gaspareño, where the start/finish line is located.
6:00 AM Arrival of private cars of 18K participants
We recommend using our transportation or carpooling as parking space will be limited. If arriving by private car, the entry time is 6:00 AM for 18K participants. You will be directed to the designated parking area and then take one of our shuttles to Rancho Gaspareño, where the start/finish line is located.
5:30 – 6:15 AM Personal Belongings Reception
A secure area will be designated for the reception of personal items near the start/finish line, where runners can leave backpacks and other items. After the race, runners will find their belongings there, along with a changing area.
6:30 AM Start of 37K
7:00 AM Start of 18K
7:00 AM Start of 50K (day 2) from Los Pisos remote camp
10:30 AM Closure of Ciruelo Checkpoint 11km
Runners who do not reach the Ciruelo checkpoint before 10:30 am will be directed to the 18km route.
1:30 PM Closure of Checkpoint Cieneguitas for 37K Runners
Runners registered for the 37K who do not reach the Cieneguitas checkpoint before 1:30 PM will not be able to complete the 37K route. Instead, they will be redirected for extraction at the nearest point.
3:30 PM Palo Amarillo Checkpoint closes for 37K runners
Runners who do not reach the Palo Amarillo checkpoint by 3:30 pm will be transported to the Gaspareño finish line.
4:30 PM Finish Line Closes for All Runners
SIMULTANEOUS AND POST-RACE EVENTS
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Sale of Rancho Cacachilas products: cheeses, preserves, and vegetables. • Sale of official Don Diablo Trail Run promotional items. • Sale of food and drinks. • Some guided tours of the gardens, mules, and saddlery. • More activities and sponsors to be announced…
11:00 AM. 18K Award Ceremony
11:30 AM. First return transportation to La Paz (or until 12 seats are filled)
12:00 PM. 50K and 37K Award Ceremony (or until the overall winners in each category arrive)
