RACE SCHEDULE
3:00 – 8:00 PM Race Packet Pickup
All runners are required to attend the Saturday before the race at Toto Frito La Paz (Calle Belisario Dominguez, esquina Manuel Torre Iglesias, Esterito, 23020 La Paz, B.C.S. ) in person anytime between 3pm and 8pm, or at the El Sargento location (as indicated at the time of registration) at Adventure Hub (Corredor Isla Cerralvo s/n, 23232 El Sgto, B.C.S.) between 9am and 1pm, to pickup their race packets. Each packet includes a Dry-Fit T-shirt, a race number, and an electronic timing chip.
Official Photo ID — Each runner must present their own official photo ID and pick up their own packet. No one else may do this for you.
Signed Waiver — Remember to bring your signed waiver email confirmation. (You will receive the waiver at the end of the online registration process.)
CAUTION: Due to insurance and civil protection regulations, tags and chips are not transferable. To ensure that you and any team members are not disqualified, we remind you to read the Rules and Regulations. Participants will only be able to pick up their kit at the location they selected at the time of registration.
• Pre-Race Photographs — When runners receive their race packets, they will be given the option to have their photograph taken, on their own, or with a team. Photos will then be posted to the Don Diablo Facebook page and on the photo link from this website.
• Sale of Bus Tickets — Optional bus transportation will be available at the time of registration or in this link, we have the option of transportation from La Paz or from El Sargento round trip or single trip only.
• Sale of Promotional Items — Jackets, caps, t-shirts and visors will be available for purchase at the pre-event meeting and on the day of the event.
5:00-6:00 PM Technical Briefings for 15K & 37K Runners at Toto Frito La Paz
We will present details of the two race routes and answer any questions. We will also have a video previously uploaded on social media with this information on our Don Diablo Facebook page, Instagram, and Don Diablo YouTube channel.

Race Day
5:00 AM Bus Departs from Parque Jardín Velasco en La Paz
This bus takes runners, with previously purchased tickets, from Toto Frito La Paz to the start of the race in Rancho Gaspareño.
5:40 AM Bus Departs from Adventure Hub in El Sargento
This bus takes runners, with previously purchased tickets, from Adventure Hub to the start of the race in Rancho Gaspareño.
5:30 AM Arrival of private cars
We recommend the use of our transportation or carpooling as parking space will be limited. If you arrive in your own car, the arrival time will be at 5:30 AM, you will be shown the designated parking place and then you will take one of our shuttle vans that will take you to Rancho Gaspareño where the start/finish line is located.
5:45 – 6:15 AM Transport of Personal Items
A secure space for the reception of personal items will be set aside in the area near the start/finish line where runners can leave backpacks and other items. At the end of the race, runners will find there their belongings and a changing area.
6:30 AM Start of 37K
7:00 AM Start of 15K
All runners are requested to arrive no later than 6:15 am to the start line.
8:00 AM Closure of Checkpoint La Trinidad for 37K runners
37k runners who do not arrive at checkpoint #2 (La Trinidad 7km) by 8:00 am will be returned to the starting line at Gaspareño.
8:30 AM. Closure of Checkpoint El Chivato for 15K Runners
Registered 15K runners who do not arrive at checkpoint #1 (El Chivato 4km) by 9:00 am will be returned to the starting line in Gaspareño.
11:00 AM. Closing of Route: Palmillosa Control Point
Runners who do not arrive at the Palmillosa control point before 11:00 am will not be able to complete the 37k route. Instead, they will be directed to the extraction point in our vehicles.
3:45 PM Ranchito Checkpoint Closes for 37K Runners
Runners who do not arrive at Ranchito checkpoint #8 (before 3:00 pm will be transported to the Gaspareño finish line.
4:30 PM All Runners Off the Trails
All runners are required to read and comply with the Rules & Regulations.
CONCURRENT AND POST-RACE EVENTS

Sale of Rancho Cacachilas products: Cheese, preserves and vegetables.
Sale of official Don Diablo Trail Run promotional items.
Some guided tours through orchards, mules and saddle room.

1:30 PM. First departure for return transportation to La Paz and El Sargento.
4:30 PM. Second departure back to La Paz and El Sargento
